A brief round-up of contributors to Nature Photo Challenge to date
So far I have held eight Nature Photo Challenges and am amazed at the response. I thought I might get five or six, but for each one I have had around 20 bloggers participate. To date no fewer than 46 of you have entered one or more of the challenges. I thought it would be interesting to do a geographical round-up of everyone who has participated to date. It’s so interesting to get an overview of where in the world you are blogging from.
I don’t always know which country you are blogging from, or which state (of the USA or Australia). So if you can answer any of the question marks below, please do so. And if I have made any errors, don’t hesitate to say so.
Thanks to all who have contributed photographs to these challenges. It’s been such a delight to see the various aspects of nature from all over the world.

oh hey! Thanks for noting my blog too! I keep trying to re-enter your challenges but, so far, I haven’t been able to find appropriate photos. But I’ll keep looking to see what challenges I can contribute to. Thanks again. Much appreciated.

No pressure Toby! You can always suggest a theme that you plenty of photos for!

Oh! I thought I did but maybe it’s farther down on your list: herons! Love them and I even have a video of one(or two, can’t recall now) in flight. Or maybe I missed this theme? 🤷♀️

That a great roll call of fabulous photographers Denzil, some I know well, others I just pop in and out every now and then

We’re an international bunch, it seems, and you’ve brought us together with your prompts. I have to admit I sometimes hesitate to contribute my photos because they’re definitely not professional quality, but that seems to be OK. Thanks for this info, Denzil!

Thanks for contributing your photos Audrey. I try to encourage everyone to participate, and try to make sure that the focus is on the subject of the photograph not the skill of the photographer.

Great idea to do a round-up by geographical location. So many of us have welcomed this challenge as something fresh and a bit different from others, even if we aren’t able to join in every week. Thank you for coming up with the idea and continuing to host 😀

What a fabulous list to be a part of! Thanks for including me. We’ve been away so I’ve only contributed to one week but I’m hopeful of participating more in the future. Just one thing, we live in Queensland not South Australia! 🙂

You know, as I was typing it a little voice kept saying “Are you sure it’s not Queensland?” It even had an Australian accent!
